CUSTOMS & DUTY
From 1st January 2021, orders from EU countries with an order value over €150 will be subject to import duty. The transition process after Brexit means some orders MAY incur VAT and/or customs handling charges, this is determined by border authorities and is out of our control. Please check before ordering.
RETURNS POLICY
We're sure you are going to love your item/s but if you are not completely satisfied you have 14 days from receipt to return it completely free of charge for a refund. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
All we ask is that you return your item/s and all it's contents in perfect re-saleable condition, with labels and hangtags attached and in the original cardboard packaging, securely sealed. Include a print out of the order confirmation email you got from us when you placed the order or a note with your name, address, order number, contact number and reason for return. Write our returns address, seen below, on the package and remove or cross over any old shipping labels.
Take your package to your local Post Office or courier. Please obtain and keep a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive back to us. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt of goods.
International returns can be sent using a trusted courier but unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of these returns. The item price will be refunded to the same card used for payment.
